Cherry - Tofu Smoothie

Treat yourself to this rich, creamy drink that is a nutritional powerhouse. Cherries are loaded with antioxidants that may help relieve the pain of arthritis and gout.

In a blender container, combine 2 cups cherries, tofu, cherry juice and honey. Cover; blend until smooth. Pour into 3 glasses. If desired, thread 3 cherries on each of three 6-inch bamboo skewers. Use to garnish beverages. Serve immediately. - Makes 3 (1-cup) servings.

Cherry Yogurt Smoothie

Cherry juice concentrate is an excellent addition to smoothies. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of cherry juice concentrate to your favorite smoothie, or try this taste-tempting recipe.

Put yogurt, banana, orange juice, cherry juice concentrate and crushed ice in the container of an electric blender or food processor. Puree until smooth. Serve immediately. - Makes 2 (8-ounce) servings.

Put frozen cherries, banana, cherry juice and yogurt in container of electric blender or food processor. Puree until smooth. Serve immediately.  - Makes 4 cups; 4 (8-ounce) servings.
