nutritional value of tart cherries!
Since starting her company, Michelle has become increasingly concerned about the importance of preserving the cherry farmland of northern Michigan. In July 2005, Leland Cherry Company began to donate a portion of every product sale to the Leelanau Conservancy (www.theconservancy.com). Founded in 1988, the Conservancy has protected more than 4,000 acres of precious land and 8.5 miles of shoreline to date, among its many other accomplishments.
*Just as all orange juices are not the same, all cherry concentrates are not the same. Michelle’s Miracle® is the premium all-natural tart cherry concentrate. We start by using only the best Montmorency cherries. Then, through our special CherryChill™ process, the fresh-picked cherries are cold-packed and flash-pasteurized to preserve the rich flavor and potency of the cherries.
